Intarweb is a sarcastic-like slang word used to refer to the
Internet, or more specifically, the
World Wide Web. Usually the term is used to
describe the masses of unknowledgeable users logging on to the Internet (e.g., a
user might say to a new person, in jest, "So you've joined the Intarweb, did you?").
