Short for Single Edge Contact Cartridge SECC is
a processor cartridge that plugs into a motherboard on Slot1. SECC was designed
to hold the Intel Pentium II as well as external cache. SECC was replaced with
the newer SECC2 technology that was designed to hold the Intel Pentium II 450
and Pentium III.
