Storage Resource Management (SRM) refers to
software that manages storage
from a capacity, utilization, policy and event-management perspective. This
includes bill-back, monitoring, reporting and analytic capabilities that allow you to
drill down for performance and availability.

management, configuration management, data and media migration, event
management, performance and availability management, policy management, quota
